- Chair: Debbie Belfry, Director, Prepare Bloomington Program with the Bloomington Public Schools—connections to local commerce through the Prepare Bloomington Program, which partners local businesses with schools in the Bloomington School District
- Vice-Chair: Karolyn Peterson, Teacher, Olson Middle School, Bloomington-middle school math teacher, active within the Teachers' Union, and an activist for the welfare of students
- Secretary: Scott Weatherby, Vice President-Internal Audit, Xcel Energy-has broad knowledge and experience with nonprofit management and organization plus a strong financial background
- Treasurer: Loralee Andert, CPA and Business Development Manager for SALO, LLC – has strong financial background and significant management consulting experience with different companies
- Steve Abrahamson, Principal, Ridgeview Elementary School , Bloomington ---chosen to represent principals within school district--he will be able to emphasize the service to all principals so they will take the message back to their own school staff and teachers.
- Judy Applen, Owner, The Learning Alliance--consultant with extensive experience in retail and store operations
- CarolAnn Hook, Teacher, Shakopee High School—serves as a representative from Shakopee Schools.
- Karolyn Lee, Retired Teacher, Bloomington Public Schools—serves as a representative from the Education Foundation of Bloomington and has extensive volunteer experience in the city of Bloomington
- Geoff Michel, Minnesota State Senator District 41—gives us connection to the State Legislature and contacts with many local groups; also credibility within the community
- Ted Nemzek, Retired Business Executive (Best Buy Co.) and longtime Bloomington resident
- Brad Pederson, Retired Small Business Owner ( Bloomington Garden Center ) and longtime Bloomington resident
- Cary Weatherby, Executive Director of Companies to Classrooms-- has over 13 years of business experience in the real estate development and construction field and has provided another 13 years of volunteer services to the Bloomington School System --brings business experience and relationships in the Bloomington school system to the agency's management
